There is a debate concerning about the better work whether undertaking in the same entreprise for the lifetime or occupying distinct organisations. This essay discusses both sides of this contentious argument and then I will give my own perpectives.
If someone is determined to labour in one place, it would ensure their long career and the easiness reaching better position one day. The company certainly pay attention for the loyal employees and the ones whose understanding their works better anyone else, knowing how to develop their business and/or products, and strengthening the weakness of their organisation. All of these are only obtained by diving the duties for a long time and then someone will become an experts of this kind of job. This expetises lead to higher position, albeit perhaps in long way to go. Unfortunately, this condition might bring a person in lacking experiences from another abilities and situations that would be a challenge for him or her if their office had got a bankrupt suddenly.
On another side, the research shows that people who are changing their occupation twice in a minimum can take a multitasking job and survive in facing some unexpectedly issues rather than those who only have one position in their life. For instance, an actuary has a job in a private company taking care of life insurance before she moved into a government institution that tackle some medical and health issues in which threaten lives. She should hand on experiences regarding all the calculation about risk-life theories in real life, whereby it can be only acquired from the company which she undertook beforehand. However, the drawback of displacing the organisations over and over again is the workers should start their career from zero in their new institution and might bring a perfect designation that is not in short time.
To conclude, both of the constant or altered organisations will give each own beneficial and detrimental conditions. In my opinion, it is a good idea and recommended to take chances looking perfect organisations and if it have fitted into what I am looking for, I prefer to immediately decide to settle down for long time until the time of retired.

To work in companies, students will experience chance to work hands on with the real business. A good working place will provide an opportunity for students preparing for their priorities direction. Generally speaking, the people in companies will help interns by giving direction to their job. Students will receive guidance during their internship to achieve good performances. An Internship is a way to test drive jobs for students, whether they are able to pursue their goals or explore different career options.
Networking are often given by companies to students in order to gain new connections and learn how to communicate in a professional way. Many students expect this opportunity to explore their ability in communication as well as building companies’ connection. As students expect to meet business professionals in their field, networking are good places to practice their communication skill to bring positive impact to companies.
Time management will train students to be better at managing their self and for the company. They won’t be able to survive in the company if they do not have good time management. On the other side, they also must make all tasks is well organized, for examples finishing tasks on deadlines, handling phone calls or managing time to break or get permission. Students must notice how crucial time management in global business as it makes tasks become well organized.
Also, they expect internship can be a career foundation for their future. They perceive that choosing the right path will help them to set up their career. Most students choose their internship based on the linearity of the interest and prospects. As a conclusion, students are willing to do the internship with the hope to improve their ability to work for their next step in life.

Overall, the ratio of men rose dramatically throughout the period, whereas the women gradually decrease at the end. According to what is shown, in 2011, women were read more than men between 5000 and 3000 book. Then, in both two years read books were increased by boys and girls. Moreover, the percentage of reading book men grow up quickly until the end However, the women were gradual growth from 2012. In both genders were same number which is 10000 books in 2013. Overall, people in Germany spent the most on reading materials during the entire period. It is also clear that despite some fluctuations, spending on books increased in all four places over the 10 years. German expenditure fluctuated between around $80 million and about $90 million between 1995 and 2003 before increasing to just under $100 million in 2005. France was the only country that experienced a steady rise, with around $55 million worth of books sold in 1995, about $70 million in 2001, and finally just under $80 million in 2005. The figure for Italy hovered at around $50 million dollars until 1999, when it steadily rose to just over $60 million in 2005. Austrians spent approximately $30 million in 1995, and this went up by around $10 million over the next four years and remained stable for two years, before it climbed dramatically to just above $70 million in 2005.
