Why is it important to have job autonomy?
Getting a job that in lines with your passion may be enjoyable. It because you have a bigger chance to apply your mastery into practice. You may also feel lucky since you were getting hired without making a big effort to get selected. You feel that you are a perfect-fit worker that the companies need. And It makes you even happier as you have been dreaming of working in that company for a long.
At first, all things seem running smoothly without defect. And you think it was a good starting point to show your best performance while working. I think that as workers we all need more authority in doing job. I feel that the workers will have the potential to flourish when they can do things on their version. Foremost, autonomy makes your job performance better than when you don’t have it at all. It is because by having such freedom to express the idea, the workers will much confident and optimistic.
