A few people trying to look for the job, some are waiting to be called for interviewed and others are waiting to get hired.
You may also feel lucky since you were getting hired without making a big effort to get selected. You feel that you are a perfect-fit worker that the companies need. And It makes you even happier as you have been dreaming of working in that company for a long.
At first, all things seem running smoothly without defect. And you think it was a good starting point to show your best performance while working. But, high expectation about those things has ruined your career. You are getting inferior because you are not able to express your ideas, strategy, and implementation in your way. At this time, you are feeling the boundaries is so bold and holding yourself back from things you capable of doing. I think that as workers we all need more authority in doing job. I feel that the workers will have the potential to flourish when they can do things on their version. Foremost, autonomy makes your job performance better than when you don’t have it at all. It is because by having such freedom to express the idea, the workers will much confident and optimistic. When talking about Syrian refugees there are always countries that are for and against their better interests. Two draft texts — one from France and Spain, and the other from the Russian Federation — address the conflict in Syria. They failed to be adopted by the Security Council due to a heated debate on the content. Meanwhile, urgent calls for humanitarian intervention for the besieged city of Aleppo continue to be made.
The French and Spanish text that would have had the Council demand an immediate halt to all aerial bombardments and military flights over the city of Aleppo received 11 affirmative votes, two abstentions (Angola and China), and two negative votes (Russian Federation and Venezuela).
