It is important for people to take risks, both in their professional lives and their personal lives. Do you think the advantages of taking risks outeigh the disadvantages? It is often argued that taking risks in both professional and personal lives is essential. While there are potential disadvantages to risk-taking, I believe the benefits far outweigh them. Risks can not only prepare individuals for an unpredictable future but also foster a fearless mindset, both of which are crucial for personal and professional growth. To begin with, taking risks opens up opportunities that can lead to a more prosperous future. The uncertainties of later stages in life mean that no one can predict what will happen. By embracing risks, people increase their chances of achieving success, even if the outcome is not guaranteed. For instance, if an individual decides to invest a portion of their earnings, despite the inherent risk of losing money, the potential return could be significant and life-changing. Without taking this risk, the money might otherwise be spent on non-essential activities, such as dining out or entertainment, which offer no long-term financial benefits. Similarly, in personal life, starting a new relationship involves the risk of emotional vulnerability. While there are no guarantees that a relationship will last or bring happiness, taking that leap often leads to growth and meaningful connections. Furthermore, a fearless mindset, essential for both personal and professional success, is developed through risk-taking. People who consistently take risks are often more resilient and better equipped to handle challenges. Many successful leaders, for example, built their careers by confronting obstacles head-on rather than avoiding them. These individuals learned early on that facing uncertainties strengthens their problem-solving abilities and enables them to achieve their goals. The well-known saying "no risk, no gain" holds true, as those willing to take calculated risks often reap the rewards, developing a mindset that is critical for long-term success. Admittedly, taking risks does carry the potential for failure or loss. There is always a chance that an investment may not yield returns or that a relationship may not work out. However, these potential drawbacks are outweighed by the personal growth and opportunities that come from stepping out of one's comfort zone. Without risk, people would remain stagnant, unable to adapt to the unpredictable nature of life. It is through risk-taking that individuals learn valuable lessons, regardless of the immediate outcome.

It is sometimes argued that advertising power and the artificial needs of the people should be represented by products sold in high sales. In my opinion, it would be wrong to encourage people to spend unnecessary money. There are several reasons why advertisements can be useful in society. Firstly, this can inform people about real bargains so brochures and catalogs enable people to compare products and services at leisure. Secondly, if people do not have time to shop around, they would rely on advertising, so they can learn about new products. Finally, the advertisement could inform people about the environmental impact of products. As a result, customers can consider the ecological effect of goods. Furthermore, people can easily find out, if a company supports fair trade. One the other hand, the advertisement could extremely create artificial needs, while people maybe would not need to buy the product. By making these needs, people might spend many on that product, which could threaten the budget of the family. People might buy a thing because of the glamourous images associated with that product. For example, children are easily influenced by commercials, so they pester their parents to buy certain goods. Furthermore, I believe that the art of advertising might be subtly to persuade people to spend money on specific goods. In conclusion, my view is that advertisements could create needs which are unreal, therefore, increase company sales.

The maps illustrate the major developments in the town of Springer from 1970 to the present. Overall, the city’s landscape has undergone significant transformations over this fifty-year period, marked by numerous changes and the introduction of new amenities. In 1970, Springer was primarily a rural area, characterized by a vast forest, large farmland, and only a few buildings, including two houses and one shop. However, the town has experienced dramatic changes over the years. Notably, much of the forest was cleared to make way for various new facilities. A school was built at the town’s center, surrounded by numerous shops. In the top right-hand corner, an airport was constructed, located near a small remaining portion of the forest, as well as some flats above the shops. The large farmland from 1970 was reduced significantly to accommodate additional apartments and new housing. Moreover, there has been a marked increase in the number of roads connecting the buildings compared to the 1970 layout (disposition). Despite these developments, some green spaces from the original forest remain, particularly a stretch of greenery along the western edge of the town. In conclusion, Springer has been transformed dramatically from a rural settlement in 1970 to a more urbanized area today.
