Overall, it can be clearly seen, the area has been transpormed in to more residensial facilities and developing the flood prevention method. Furthermore, the bridge that connected to two river bank is built. When turnning to the first plan, in 1980 this area mainly used for exported and imported of goods.At that time two wharehouses were on north side of the river bank, one of them has been mordenized as a education centre. Apart from that, dramatical changes can be seen on the south side of the river bank. The wharehouse on the middle of the river bank has been renovated in the appartment while newly constructed hotel is appeard left side of it. Moreover, the parking facilities are provided next to the appartments. On the other hand, today, the area is prevented from flood by constructing the barrier.
