I agree that our current generation lacks these skills and to ensure that our future generation is strong with these must skills, we should start giving training from the school itself. This essay will assert few points justifying why speaking and presenting are very important skills for anybody to grow professionally. The profession could be any like a manager in IT company or product company, politician, scientist at NASA, or a individual contributor in any project, in every day of professional life, you have to prepare a presentation and speak to your manager or supervisor to elaborate your ideas. If you lack in any of these skills, you will face problem in convincing people to follow your thoughts. It is very hard to become representative of company or a town or a country without having good communication skill. Even, these skills are so important that almost all employers conduct group discussions before hiring a candidate. Then, the important question is how to become expert with these skills? We learn many of our behaviours or skills either from parents or training institute. Without any doubt, parents are the initial teacher for any kids. Kids learn talking and good behaviors from parents. Once they are grown up and start going to school, responsibility partially shifts from parents to school as kids mingle with many other students in school and participate in many activities like speech competition, annual functions, exhibitions etc. So, the school should add special scheduled training to let students learn and practice presentation and speaking skills in public. It is often argued that the government should carry out the whole responsibility in protecting our globe. While some people think that every person should also be responsible in looking after the universe. This essay discusses both sides of this argument and then I will give my own perspective. On the one hand, I believe that the administration institutions must set a very restrictive rules to protect the environment. To be more precise this means that the management department needs to apply special law that prohibits people to throw any cans or bottles in the rubbish but recycling them instead. Taking the US as an example, when the government banned any one to get rid of any debris at the beach this resulted in cleaning the environment as well as reducing the pollution. On the other hand, every person plays an essential role in taking care of the atmosphere. This because when an individual feels that he holds the full responsibility to keep the area where he lives in clean. Moreover, he will be counted for his behaviour if he breached the rule. In this case a lot of pollution problems will be diminished. To illustrate, according to the survey that has been conducted through the government in Turkey, which states that every individual is enforced to contribute in a volunteer action also should propose a viable solution to decrease the impact of greenhouse gases. In conclusion, although the authority bare the complete responsibility in decreasing environmental problems. I believe that people should also be participated in maintaining the cleanliness of the globe.
