There is a debate concerning about the better work whether undertaking in the same entreprise for the lifetime or occupying distinct organisations. This essay discusses both sides of this contentious argument and then I will give my own perpectives.
If someone is determined to labour in one place, it would ensure their long career and the easiness reaching better position one day. The company certainly pay attention for the loyal employees and the ones whose understanding their works better anyone else, knowing how to develop their business and/or products, and strengthening the weakness of their organisation. All of these are only obtained by diving the duties for a long time and then someone will become an experts of this kind of job. This expetises lead to higher position, albeit perhaps in long way to go. Unfortunately, this condition might bring a person in lacking experiences from another abilities and situations that would be a challenge for him or her if their office had got a bankrupt suddenly.
On another side, the research shows that people who are changing their occupation twice in a minimum can take a multitasking job and survive in facing some unexpectedly issues rather than those who only have one position in their life. For instance, an actuary has a job in a private company taking care of life insurance before she moved into a government institution that tackle some medical and health issues in which threaten lives. She should hand on experiences regarding all the calculation about risk-life theories in real life, whereby it can be only acquired from the company which she undertook beforehand. However, the drawback of displacing the organisations over and over again is the workers should start their career from zero in their new institution and might bring a perfect designation that is not in short time.
To conclude, both of the constant or altered organisations will give each own beneficial and detrimental conditions. In my opinion, it is a good idea and recommended to take chances looking perfect organisations and if it have fitted into what I am looking for, I prefer to immediately decide to settle down for long time until the time of retired.

Question:
Some people think the best way to motivate people to work hard is to pay them based on how much they produce or sell. Do you agree or disagree? Include relevant example from your own
Answer
Owing to the indolence nature of humans, It is believed by some people that the most effective method of motivating people to work efficiently is payment based on their productivity and sales. This essay agrees with wages based on work done as individuals tend to work more to earn more; and improvement of sales is evident.
Firstly, Paying individuals in accordance with their productivity makes people work hard in order to earn well. This is because people desire a good pay and will do anything to earn it even if it means putting in extra effort and time. To illustrate, In Nigeria, Unilever factory workers are paid daily based on the quantity of their production. As a result, workers perform their work in their full capacity till exhaustion. Hence, wages based on work output is a reliable way of ensuring diligence and hard work at workplaces.
Secondly, wages that are dependent on sales give rise to development of better marketing strategies to improve sales. Employees will be encouraged to emulate better marketing and communications skills to advertise and encourage buyers to purchase goods because target must be met. For instance, When my aunt implemented salary based on sales strategy at her supermarket, 20% increased sales in the first month and 45% in the second market were recorded respectively. This is because of lesser pay when the sales is below the target and more pay when above the target. Therefore, payment that is based on sales gives rise to better performance of the employer and the company as a whole.
In conclusion, wages that dependent on productivity and sales is the best approach to ensure hard work, better performance and growth of the company as a whole.

The table chart illustrates the number employee and manufacturers in both England and Wales from 1851 to 1901. Overall, the number of employees was dwindling whilst factories' numbers stayed roughly the same over the fifty-year period. Looking in closer detail to the table, it can be highlighted that the number of employees in 1851 was worth 477 100 for a total of 225 factories with a majority of males. A decade later, the number of factories jumped slightly to 227 with a noticeable decrease of employees, mainly composed of females, who represented 160 000 workers versus 131780 male workers. In 1871, the number of manufacturing facilities lifted overwhelmingly up, to nearly 3 times higher, with a steady decline in the employees’ number. However, men are this time more represented in the workers. This trend will continue until 1891, when the number of factories moved down from 721 in 1881 to 625 one decade later. With fewer workers and more males than females, the number of factories reached the point of 600 factories in 1901, involving a bottom of 61 000, concerning the total employee number. To conclude, we can say with confidence that throughout the second part of the 19th century, the number of factories increased with a significant decrease in the number of workers, no matter whether they were males or females.
