It is often argued that the government should carry out the whole responsibility in protecting our globe. While some people think that every person should also be responsible in looking after the universe. This essay discusses both sides of this argument and then I will give my own perspective.
On the one hand, I believe that the governmental institutions must set a very restrictive rules to protect the environment. To be more precise this means that the government needs to apply special law that prohibits people to throw any cans or bottles in the rubbish but recycling them instead. Taking the US as an example, when the government banned any one to get rid of any debris at the beach this resulted in cleaning the environment as well as reducing the pollution.
On the other hand, every person plays an essential role in taking care of the atmosphere. This because when an individual feels that he holds the full responsibility to keep the area where he lives in clean. Moreover, he will be counted for his behavior if he breached the rule. In this case a lot of pollution problems will be diminished. To illustrate, according to the survey that has been conducted through the government in Turkey which states that every individual is enforced to contribute in a volunteer action also should propose a viable solution to decrease the impact of greenhouse gases.
In conclusion, although the government bare the complete responsibility in decreasing environmental problems. I believe that people should also be participated in maintaining the cleanliness of the globe.

People are increasingly suffering from sicknesses as a result of stress. This essay will discuss the leading causes of stress-related ailments including more extended working hours and increased job pressures. People are working longer hours than ever before. In addition, they have more job pressures. People place themselves under these unfavorable conditions because the workforce is a competitive domain. For example, some people aspire to climb the corporate ladder to gain high status and a high paying job. This often results in mental and physical suffering because they have to work overtime and take an additional role which can be stressful.
Maintaining a good work-life balance and improving one’s diet are both critical to alleviating stress-related illnesses. People need to realize that if they live only for work they will suffer either mentally or physically and a poor diet will further exacerbate these issues. For instance, many employees burn out from working too much and neglecting family, friends, exercise, and hobbies as well as the foods they eat. Therefore, in order to reduce work-related stress, one must include a better ratio of work, rest, recreation and balanced diet.
In conclusion, in today’s fast-paced world more and more people are becoming ill as a result of stress. This essay discussed how stress is often caused by long working hours and the workplace pressure.
