In contrast, the rate of very satisfied visitors experienced an exponential increase, rising from 15 percent before the renovation to 35 percent after. Furthermore, the percentage of satisfied visitors also showed a rise of 10 percent after the changes to the museum, reaching approximately 40 percent. Similarly, both the groups of very dissatisfied visitors and those who did not respond showed a similar percentage of 5 percent in the year following the refurbishment of the museum.
