Firstly, it will discuss about the overall growth in the development of the country. Secondly, it will deal with another factual information about the knowledge and skill of persons in poor countries. A country always need employees who excel in their fields and really have great knowledge. If a person is having less knowledge and still he is working he may give better to the nation, but for best output the person should be really be minded. For instance, recent researches have shown that the advancement in researches of NASA is because of the fact that they focus on scientists having great talent and most of them are India which is said to be a poor country. Poor Countries really hold talented persons but due to lack of opportunities they are not able to express them. Greater Talent requires higher wages which are obviously not available in poor countries. That’s why people in these countries look for opportunities which value their knowledge. For example, recent researches have shown that around one third of highly skilled persons in countries having less economy are not satisfied with their wages. So they are not even performing best as per their skill. This line graph depicts information about how many books were read, in Burnaby public library by male and female, for four years. Overall, the ratio of men rose dramatically throughout the period, whereas the women gradually decrease at the end. According to what is shown, in 2011, women were read more than men between 5000 and 3000 book. Then, in both two years read books were increased by boys and girls. Moreover, the percentage of reading book men grow up quickly until the end However, the women were gradual growth from 2012. In both genders were same number which is 10000 books in 2013. Additionally, the first drop for females started from 2013 to 2014, it went down to 7000. In conclusion, in fact the men overcome women by the number of reading book at Burnaby public library. If females hadn’t fall at the end, they haven’t lost.
