Currently, I am living in Surat. Recently, I got promoted to higher-level position in my company. As a plan of expansion, the organization has decided to start a new office there and I will be responsible for looking after that. So I have to shift there.
Furthermore, our new planned office is located by S.G.Highway. As I am not very familiar with the city, I would like to rent property in the nearby area. Someone has suggested Satellite and Thaltej, I want to consider that too.
I am moving there with my husband and two kids, the house needs to have at least 2 bedrooms. Additionally, it needs to be semi-furnished especially in the kitchen with a gas connection. My kids are still young so it needs to be safer for them.

As you are not a strict person who always depends on a formula to do something, sometimes you feel difficult to follow the standard.
I think that as workers we all need more authority in doing job. I feel that the workers will have the potential to flourish when they can do things on their version. Some people think this is not the right way to do. It seems like ourself are arrogant and don’t need to listen to senior advice. But, that’s not a point I want to emphasize here.
Foremost, autonomy makes your job performance better than when you don’t have it at all. It is because by having such freedom to express the idea, the workers will much confident and optimistic. It also hinders job stress that may make them feel working under pressure. The point here is how to make yourself happy while doing your job.
Frankly, Nothing will gonna stop your effort to reach the goals as long as you are getting job autonomy in doing whatever you do.
