At the top right-hand corner, an airport has been constructed, near a small portion of forest and some flats at the top of the shops. In addition, the huge farmland has been restricted to a small area in order to allow the place to some apartments and a house lift up. there has also been a surge in the quantity of arteries between buildings than the 1970 model. Even though, we can still notice some green spaces from the past forest, especially a band of Greenland alongside- the west town. To conclude, the town of Springer changed drastically from 1970 to nowadays, moving from a rural to an urban area.

Overall, it can be clearly seen, the area has been transpormed in to more residensial facilities and developing the flood prevention method. Furthermore, the bridge that connected to two river bank is built. When turnning to the first plan, in 1980 this area mainly used for exported and imported of goods.At that time two wharehouses were on north side of the river bank, one of them has been mordenized as a education centre. The other one has been replaced by the kid's playing area. Thea newly build building replace the crane which is using as a sailing club, on betwen education centre at the left side and right side of it has playing area. Apart from that, dramatical changes can be seen on the south side of the river bank. The wharehouse on the middle of the river bank has been renovated in the appartment while newly constructed hotel is appeard left side of it. Moreover, the parking facilities are provided next to the appartments. On the other hand, today, the area is prevented from flood by constructing the barrier.
