One major benefit of the nuclear family is the angle of economic and financial independence. This is seen as the major factor that propels people world all over to opt for the nuclear family as it brings about personal achievement and responsive parenting on the part of the parents. For example, a family with a small size can afford to send their offspring to a high-profiled school in terms of academic achievement and also cater for the needs of their progeny. On the other hand, a major challenge is that children from small family often times findd it difficult to deal with interpersonal issues as they may be timid and they may have to deal with issues ranging from laziness to other despicable acts. For example, a child from a small family may find domestic chores difficult due to the fact that everything is being done for them. Why is it important to have job autonomy? Getting a job that in lines with your passion may be enjoyable. It because you have a bigger chance to apply your mastery into practice. And there are many people out there who don’t have the same experience as yours in this case. A few people trying to look for the job, some are waiting to be called for interviewed and others are waiting to get hired. You may also feel lucky since you were getting hired without making a big effort to get selected. You feel that you are a perfect-fit worker that the companies need. And It makes you even happier as you have been dreaming of working in that company for a long. At first, all things seem running smoothly without defect. And you think it was a good starting point to show your best performance while working. Your expectation about being free to express yourself is becoming a priority to support your position. You believed that always makes you optimistic in the probation time. But, high expectation about those things has ruined your career. You are getting inferior because you are not able to express your ideas, strategy, and implementation in your way. At this time, you are feeling the boundaries is so bold and holding yourself back from things you capable of doing. As you are not a strict person who always depends on a formula to do something, sometimes you feel difficult to follow the standard. I think that as workers we all need more authority in doing job. I feel that the workers will have the potential to flourish when they can do things on their version. Some people think this is not the right way to do. It seems like ourself are arrogant and don’t need to listen to senior advice. But, that’s not a point I want to emphasize here. Foremost, autonomy makes your job performance better than when you don’t have it at all. It is because by having such freedom to express the idea, the workers will much confident and optimistic. It also hinders job stress that may make them feel working under pressure. The point here is how to make yourself happy while doing your job. Frankly, Nothing will gonna stop your effort to reach the goals as long as you are getting job autonomy in doing whatever you do.

Some people think that education and healthcare should be free of charge and funded by the government. Do you agree or disagree with this statement?
It is often argued that the government should carry out the whole responsibility in protecting our globe. While some people think that every person should also be responsible in looking after the universe. This essay discusses both sides of this argument and then I will give my own perspective. On the one hand, I believe that the administration institutions must set a very restrictive rules to protect the environment. To be more precise this means that the management department needs to apply special law that prohibits people to throw any cans or bottles in the rubbish but recycling them instead. Taking the US as an example, when the government banned anyone to get rid of any debris at the beach this resulted in cleaning the environment as well as reducing the pollution. On the other hand, every person plays an essential role in taking care of the atmosphere. This because when an individual feels that he holds the full responsibility to keep the area where he lives in clean. Moreover, he will be counted for his behaviour if he breached the rule. In this case a lot of pollution problems will be diminished. To illustrate, according to the survey that has been conducted through the government in Turkey, which states that every individual is enforced to contribute in a voluntary action also should propose a viable solution to decrease the impact of greenhouse gases. In conclusion, although the authority bare the complete responsibility in decreasing environmental problems. I believe that people should also be participating in maintaining the cleanliness of the globe.
