Children today have to face the pressure from different aspects of modern life, such as education, society and business. I would analyze the reasons and provide solutions. The most evident reason would be vicious competition in today’s world. Children who want to study at a famous university have to achieve better scores than their peers. In addition, they have to handle relationships with people around them. They have been told that social skill can benefit them to get opportunities in society in the future. As a consequence, some students try to make friends with children who have good scores or excellent family backgrounds. On the other hand, children also get pressure from their families and peers. At home, a child may be told that one of his cousins is excellent, so he should learn from him. At school, a child might suffer bully because he doesn’t have famous band clothes or he comes from a poor family. The solution for the first condition is to encourage them to learn for interests rather than scores. Since interests are the best teacher which is a guide to tell children how to learn well so that children don’t have to treat the? study as a task but some interesting things. For the second condition, parents should learn better methods to educate their children. They can relive the children’s stress by companionship or tell them what is the best friendship. At school, teachers have the responsibility to tell students that they should not judge a book from its cover and do not laugh at the students who need help. In conclusion, education is an important responsibility for the whole society. So more reasons for the children’s pressure need to be found and tackled so that they can grow up healthily. Today, an increasing number of parents have chosen to remove their children from conventional schools and teach them at homes by tutors or by parents themselves. From my perspective, the disadvantages are more significant than the benefits. Admittedly, there are some advantages for those children who study at home. For example, a flexible schedule meets the family needs and customized learning plans may inspire some children’s interests, so many of them can learn much faster and deeper in some subjects than their peers. For those children suffered from bullying at school, homeschooling can not only make them feel safe under the protection of their parents but also strengthen their family bonds. All of these appear perfect as those parents claimed in the short term. However, judging from a general development in the long run, there are many disadvantages for home-schooled students. They can barely obtain widely knowledge as their peers. In China, students normally learn eleven to twelve subjects with professional teachers who graduated with(from?) specific majors. Conversely, parents can hardly offer professional education in various subjects as school teachers do. Even they can hire professional tutors teaching at home, that still cannot compare with school education, let alone it is a big financial burden from a family. Additionally, students not only get knowledge at school but also practise social skills with their peers, such as communication skills and conflict solving methods. It is impossible for children to learn( Students cannot learn, which expression is better?) from their families when they study at home. In conclusion, education is a serious problem (topic?) for everyone, especially for children. Homeschooling methods can take many advantages for children, whereas they cannot replace school education. The cons outweigh the pros apparently. Therefore, parents should consider cautiously before making decisions.

The Syrian civil war began in 2011 under the influence of the Arab Spring when the people of Syria started asking for reforms Syrian government repressed peaceful demonstrations by force and through killing innocents. That is when the armed opposition formed in Syria and Bashar Al Assad started defending his authority with all his might. The Syrian proved Al Assad has no real authority in Syria. It makes him looking help from Russia, Iran and Hezbollah. Syrian people were started started. Russia and Iran use weapons against Syrian people. Syrian people started seeking refugees and help from other neighboring countries. War almost always creates public disaster. Everywhere where war happens, civilization at risk. There are many people in conflict areas who need protection. They are innocent people who actually dream about a worth and safe world. Countries who focus their attention on ending war must put in extra effort to realize their mission. UN Representatives from various countries often propose peace missions as a solution. Through these representatives, countries can vocalize their opinions through communities like the UN where they are gather and discuss world peacekeeping. Ironically, not all countries feel the same. In this case, several of them do not seem to support world peace. They focus on their own political ideals. Therefore destruction and problematic scenarios continue. When talking about Syrian refugees there are always countries that are for and against their better interests. Countries like the US and organizations like the EU fully support ending the suffering in Syria. Other countries like Russia seem to not support the rebels or the end of their suffering, rather, they support the Syrian government. That is why there is not yet a consensus. Two draft texts — one from France and Spain, and the other from the Russian Federation — address the conflict in Syria. They failed to be adopted by the Security Council due to a heated debate on the content. Meanwhile, urgent calls for humanitarian intervention for the besieged city of Aleppo continue to be made. The French and Spanish text that would have had the Council demand an immediate halt to all aerial bombardments and military flights over the city of Aleppo received 11 affirmative votes, two abstentions (Angola and China), and two negative votes (Russian Federation and Venezuela). The Russian Federation’s text, by which the Council would have urged an immediate cessation of hostilities, particularly in Aleppo, received a vote of 4 in favour (China, Egypt, Russian Federation, Venezuela) to 9 against (France, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, Senegal, Spain, Ukraine, United Kingdom, United States), with 2 abstentions (Angola and Uruguay). The Statement JEAN-MARC AYRAULT, the French Minister for Foreign Affairs, supports the end of the conflict in Syria. He spoke in front of representatives from all over the world about Aleppo. What happened in Aleppo could be a horrendous repetition of what had happened in Guernica, Sarajevo and Grozny. ROMÁN OYARZUN MARCHESI (Spain) stated that the ongoing conflict could still be ahead. He demanded for international organizations to not close their eyes to the situation. If the conflict could be ended, 1000 towns could be saved and a humanitarian catastrophe could be stopped. He talked about the intolerable actions of the Syrian Government who removed medical assistance to these areas. France and Spain have done everything they can to make the 15 nation council come to a consensus. The Russians continue to veto this proposal. VITALY I. CHURKIN (Russian Federation) the Russian Minister for Foreign Affairs and Security Council President for October, spoke to his nation, stating that the backstory to the draft resolution was well known. He argued that after destroying Libya, the troika of permanent Western members of the Security Council had turned its eyes on Syria. Furthermore, the French delegation had not put forward a single constructive initiative. In its current proposed draft, the concept of a ban on all military flights had not been fleshed out. Denying Syrian Refugee Various countries deny Syrian refugees come to their country to get asylum. US has denied application from 7 % Syrian refugees regarding to their migration. I think this case is unique. Syrian refugees must apply application forms to be selected later by the US administration. There will be failed application and accepted application. US faced dilemma whether they accepted or not. Syrian refugee often associated with a “terrorist country”. Various countries must be thinking twice to accept thousand people who comes from Syria. It is caused by previous terror in Paris, officers find a Syrian passport who belong to one of the terrorists.
Because of traffic and housing problems in the cities, the government encourages businesses to move to the rural areas. Do you think the advantages outweigh the disadvantages?
in some countries, governments are encouraging industries and business to move to regional areas out side the big cities. Do the advantages of this trend outweigh the disadvantages?
t has become more common for people to move to other countries for business. While there are some advantages that children can gain from this trend, it is often believed that children can have negative impacts. I believe that the benefits will outweigh the since children are more motivated to speak multiple languages despite the fact that they often suffer from a sense of isolation caused by their frequent moves.

There is a debate concerning about the better work whether undertaking in the same entreprise for the lifetime or occupying distinct organisations. This essay discusses both sides of this contentious argument and then I will give my own perpectives. If someone is determined to labour in one place, it would ensure their long career and the easiness reaching better position one day. The company certainly pay attention for the loyal employees and the ones whose understanding their works better anyone else, knowing how to develop their business and/or products, and strengthening the weakness of their organisation. All of these are only obtained by diving the duties for a long time and then someone will become an experts of this kind of job. This expetises lead to higher position, albeit perhaps in long way to go. Unfortunately, this condition might bring a person in lacking experiences from another abilities and situations that would be a challenge for him or her if their office had got a bankrupt suddenly. On another side, the research shows that people who are changing their occupation twice in a minimum can take a multitasking job and survive in facing some unexpectedly issues rather than those who only have one position in their life. For instance, an actuary has a job in a private company taking care of life insurance before she moved into a government institution that tackle some medical and health issues in which threaten lives. She should hand on experiences regarding all the calculation about risk-life theories in real life, whereby it can be only acquired from the company which she undertook beforehand. However, the drawback of displacing the organisations over and over again is the workers should start their career from zero in their new institution and might bring a perfect designation that is not in short time. To conclude, both of the constant or altered organisations will give each own beneficial and detrimental conditions. In my opinion, it is a good idea and recommended to take chances looking perfect organisations and if it have fitted into what I am looking for, I prefer to immediately decide to settle down for long time until the time of retired.
