Thanks to technology we can save effort and time. Inmeantime, many individuals have household commodities such as television, microwave ,rice cookers and mobile cells.I personally believe that their merits surpass their demerits for reasons. In this essay, my point of view will be demostrated before reaching a conclusion. To begin with, people of present era have a hectic work schedule which can be compensated by getting their work done by using these cutting edge technological gadgets. This will save us from doing such labourious household chores. These equipments are easy to use and operate with less consumption of electricity. For instance, Television keeps us updated by providing plenty of information around the globe, air conditioner keeps our space clean and cool, washing machine is used to clean dirty clothes and save our hands from hazardous effect of chemical used in soap and laundry detergent. Therefore, it can be claimed that modern technolgy save us healthily and comfortably. In addition to this, Time spent in preparation of food, washing or ironing of clothes, is far less these days than it used to be in the past, and thanks to new technologies. A prime example is that just hundred years ago, it was unimaginable that you could keep your meats and other food items for months, to prepare some meals in just a couple of minutes or to wash a large number of clothes in just 30 minutes. That is the biggest advantage of these consumer goods, modern people spend far less time in doing household chores than they used to. Hence,it can be said that people can save time as it is the most valuable aspect in the modern society. In conclusion , after I have explained my perspective, it can be reiterated that modern appliances are invented to make people’s life easier and they are successful in that. However, we have to use them wisely in order no to be influenced by their negative sides. That's why it is recommended that we should not count on them on almost daily basis.

The rapid development of technology allows students to get university and college degree by taking online courses. People have different opinions toward distance learning because it brings advantages and disadvantages. I will discuss both negative and positive sides of the online courses. Primarily, online teaching offers convenient for both students and teachers. If the teacher can take lessons online at home, this can save abundant time that spend on traffic congestion. Thus, professor can spend more time to prepare the lectures and students can have more time to focus on their homework projects. The local students can benefit from online teaching and the international students can take courses much easier than before. Foreign students can just stay in their homeland to get the same level of lessons, which have an economic benefit that saves money from renting. However, some people claim online courses have also a lot of disadvantages compared with teaching in classroom. Without physically being in the classroom, students can fake the attendance because people can just sign in the online classroom without really listening. Meanwhile, studying online is not a good way to help teachers and students to know each other, which limits the opportunity of students to ask professor or classmates’ questions. From my perception, the advantages that people can benefit from online course can totally outweigh the cost that students paid. Time is the most valuable things in the world, which is worth to be traded by using the opportunity to ask question. Choosing whether the traditional teaching in campus or studying at home may depend on personal needs and both of them is excellent method for studying.
In recent years, the number of refugees fleeing conflict, persecution, and poverty has risen dramatically. While some argue that wealthier nations have a moral duty to accept and support more refugees, others contend that such responsibilities should not be imposed. Personally, I strongly agree that affluent countries should take greater responsibility by accommodating more refugees and offering them essential support such as food and housing. First and foremost, wealthier nations often have the resources and infrastructure to manage an increase in refugee populations. Many developed countries enjoy stable economies, robust welfare systems, and well-organized administrative capacities. These advantages enable them to provide the basic necessities of life—shelter, food, and healthcare—without significantly straining national budgets. For example, Germany has successfully integrated over a million Syrian refugees in recent years, showing that large-scale humanitarian assistance is achievable with sufficient planning and investment. Moreover, offering aid to refugees aligns with international human rights obligations and moral responsibility. Refugees are often victims of circumstances beyond their control, such as war or persecution. Turning them away contradicts the principles of humanity and solidarity that many wealthy nations claim to uphold. By sharing the burden more equitably, developed countries can promote global stability and reduce the strain on neighboring developing countries, which often bear the brunt of refugee crises. In conclusion, I firmly believe that wealthy countries should do more to support refugees by accepting greater numbers and ensuring they receive basic assistance. This approach not only reflects moral and humanitarian values but also contributes to a more balanced and compassionate global community.
