I am writing this letter to discuss regarding my missed flight of January 13 from Toronto pearson airport because of some technical difficulties at The airport.
The flight was scheudle to be departure in afternoon at 1300 to Heathrew airport London. I was present at the airport 2 hours before the schedule time of boarding. As per the information on the screens I went to gate F for the schedule departure. But after some time i came to know about that flight is already boarded from a a differnet gate number. Hence, I missed.
Because of that i missed my important meeting in London and i had to book a accomadation for the night too. I request you to efund me my ticket price including charges of accomodation.
