Meanwhile CO2 emissions in metric tones of the Italy, Portugal witnessed with upward trend. The amount of CO2 emissions surged between 1967 and 1977 with CO2 emissions approximately 1 and 4 respectively. In 1977, there was a steadily steady increase.
