Firstly, there was a circular road added, which connected on the City Road and the Hospital Road, in 2010. By 2007, six bus stops were located surrounding the Hospital road, three each east and west. However, bus station was constructed on the west of its road, and car park, located on the east side allowing both public and staff parking, was changed to accept just staff in 2010. Furthermore, there was another roundabout added, connecting the Hospital Road and the Ring Road.
