The world we live in today is experiencing a high rate of increase in population. This factor has given birth to the idea of family planning, where coulples tend to downsize the number of children they intend giving birth to so they can give them quality life. However, there are also demerits of having smaller families than larger families. The need for having a more conserved number of family members gives opportunity for every member of the family to live better than members of a crowded family. My point is that the fewer people are in a family, the more distribution of family resources for example . A couple with two children can easily send their wards to a more expensive and better school compared to parents of five children. Similarly, the smaller family will spend less on feeding and have extra for savings. Additionally, children from smaller homes tend to be more reserved in nature and better behaved as their parents would have more time to give them one on one training. On the other hand, there is a plus for most African families who are characterized with a large number of members because they have strength. A large family give chance for division of labour when it comes to work. For example, a farmer with many children has less to worry about over manpower compared to another family with less members who may have to hire labour. Furthermore, larger families have an advantage of members not experiencing loneliness unlike the smaller families. In conclusion, although smaller families have some reasonable high points over the larger families, we still cannot shelve aside the low points like loneliness of children from such families which often lead to withdrawal or Loss of confidence.
Some people think that physical strength is important for success in sport, while others believe that mental strength holds more significance. Both perspectives have valid points, and this discussion will explore each view before presenting my own opinion.

The pie charts depict online sales for Canadian retailers in 2005 and 2010. Overall, electronic appliances and food were the most commonly purchased items online during both years. In 2005, electronic appliances were the top-selling product, accounting for 35 percent of online sales, followed by home furnishings at 22%. Food and beverages represented 22% of the total online market, whilst video games made up the smallest share at 18 percent. However, the trend shifted by 2010. Although electronic goods still made up a significant portion of sales at 30%, they were no longer the top-selling category. Food and beverages took the lead, comprising a percentage of 32% of total sales. Video games moved into third place, accounting for 23% of online purchases, while home furnishings dropped to the lowest position, representing just 15 percent. In summary, electronics was consistently represented as a key segment of Canada's online market throughout both years.
There exist contrasting views about supervisors seeking some data, while employing new workers, about their likes and dislikes or their marital status that whether it is relevant or irrelevant to inquire about this information. There exist strong arguments in support of both sides of this debate, which implies it is worth examining both points of view before reaching any conclusion. To commence with, it is vital to collect the necessary data about the fresh entrants in any organisation because it would give an idea about providing incentives to particular worker to boost the morale. Precisely, the management would be able to decide that whether reward should be monetary or non-monetary. To illustrate, a strong economy of Japan is evident because of contented workers due to the perfect recognition methodology adopted by the industrialists. It is, therefore, imperative to gather the requisite data to utilise it at a correct time. On the contrary, every human has a different psychological pattern, and some employees may consider this as a wrong practice. As they would be creating a false and negative image about the company at a very initial stage, it would affect their output level deleteriously. A recent research in Europe, for example, proved that a colossal number of young working professionals did not perform well in beginning of their job because they were not pleased with the questions being asked during their interview. Hence, the reason of asking questions should be mentioned on company’s website to avoid any conflicts. In conclusion, it can be reiterated that whereas demanding some information about their families from a fresh entrant could be proved advantageous for rewarding them, it might lead to a negative approach about the company. However, it would be a smart move, in my perspective, for strengthening the bond between factory and its workers.
The table chart illustrates the number employee and manufacturers in both England and Wales from 1851 to 1901. Overall, the number of employees was dwindling whilst factories' numbers stayed roughly the same over the fifty-year period. Looking in closer detail to the table, it can be highlighted that the number of employees in 1851 was worth 477 100 for a total of 225 factories with a majority of males. A decade later, the number of factories jumped slightly to 227 with a noticeable decrease of employees, mainly composed of females, who represented 160 000 workers versus 131780 male workers. In 1871, the number of manufacturing facilities lifted overwhelmingly up, to nearly 3 times higher, with a steady decline in the employees’ number. However, men are this time more represented in the workers. This trend will continue until 1891, when the number of factories moved down from 721 in 1881 to 625 one decade later. With fewer workers and more males than females, the number of factories reached the point of 600 factories in 1901, involving a bottom of 61 000, concerning the total employee number. To conclude, we can say with confidence that throughout the second part of the 19th century, the number of factories increased with a significant decrease in the number of workers, no matter whether they were males or females.
