School teachers are more responsible for social and intellectual development of students than parents. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

It is often argued that educators have greater responsibility for developing student’s cognitive and social aspects compared to parents. I firmly agree with
this
notion, as teachers are well trained to teach formal lessons. Aside from that, schools are the best place where children learn to socialise and form a friendship. To embark with, it is well known that parents play a vital role in the upbringing of offspring.
Nevertheless
, educating them home is not a good solution or decision for their child’s bright future,
this
is where schools and teachers come into a big picture. Schools are extremely important for a child to learn everything in a structured way, they provide formal education.
In addition
, nowadays schools have become advanced and they motivate their teachers to follow latest trends and current knowledge to they become update.
This
approach helped pupils to learn current situation and make their knowledge enhanced
such
that, they cope up with the latest technological advances.
Furthermore
, practical exercises and laboratory experiments significantly help to increase their problem solving, reasoning and logical thinking abilities.
Moreover
, school is the place where the student spends almost

of their day and interacts with their peers,
thus
they learn about social interactions, how to work in a team and how to behave with mates. Apart from classroom activities, most of the school nowadays provides an extracurricular activity option, where a student can explore on their interest and learn leadership, teamwork, camaraderie and many more life aiding skills which he can use in

life. It is
therefore
not surprising that a majority of friendships emanate from school. To put
this
in a nutshell, I pen down, saying that, when it comes to honing the overall social and educative aspect of youth, mentors have a more crucial role than parents. It is because they are professionally trained and performing so.
