With the rise of e-books comes the decline in paper books. Some people see this as a good step forward while others do not. Do the advantages outweigh the disadvantages?

There is no doubt that these days technology has affected many aspects in our life. One of them is replacing
paper
books with e-books. The question is, what are the positive and negative views about
this
manner? In terms of advantages, e-books make reading easier. The main reason given I support
this
claim is that they do not have weight. To illustrate, it can be stored on any device
such
as mobiles, laptops and tablets.
In other words
, people tend to replace traditional
paper
books with these e-books because you can store as many books as you wish.
Moreover
, some e-books can be installed freely without any cost. Which makes them more affordable than the
paper
books.
Also
, they don't need any space in the real world so no need for book shelves or any sort of storing.
However
,
on the other hand
the
paper
books have their advantages
also
. They bring a sense of old days and the isolation.
Also
, they have minimal effects on the eyes compared to the e-books. Now come with the disadvantages, since e-books require digital screens to read them, these screens can cause problems
such
as dry eye and eye fatigue. A recent study done in 2019, revealed that today's most eye related problems is that connected to digital devices. Whereas,
paper
books require
lot
Suggestion
lots
of space to store and money to buy.
Also
, sometimes it can be difficult to find and need more time to search. In conclusion,
although
e-books have made life easier and simple, there are lots of people prefer the old way and enjoy it.
