Some people say that advertising encourages us to buy things that we really do not need. Others say that advertisements tell us about new products that may improve our lives.

In
this
day and age, some people believe that advertising attracts individuals to purchase items that are not really in need while others say that ads notify them regarding new products that could improve their lives. In my view, I agree that advertisements fascinate people
to buy
Suggestion
buy
things which are not even required.
To begin
with, the concept of the advertisement has changed dramatically in the
last
few years.
This
means companies used to advertise their products in newspapers and televisions.
However
, nowadays, ways of advertisements have changed as industries put ads mainly on social media.
For example
, almost every well-known company purchases premium accounts on social media like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and post products on the internet; since they are VIP account holders, social media start promoting their ads by sending notifications to millions of users in a single shot. Their advertisement tactics are so powerful as almost 40-50 percent of users ended up buying those things on the internet, even if they do not need it.
Additionally
, it is believed that many companies cheat with customers by posting false promotions or discount offers to trap end-users.
Besides
, once customer inquiries or registers his or her account on their website
then
they started sending messages or emails to them repeatedly.
As a result
, users visit their websites and if they find out any discount or promotion, almost every customer orders immediately. To conclude, people should have control over these advertisements as companies have experts who know how to trap customers via ads.
However
, individuals should do some research and see reviews on the internet before they purchase anything.
