Today more and more people are becoming seriously overweight. Some people say that increasing the price of fattening foods will solve this problem. Do you agree/disagree?

At present, the rate of obesity is increasing rapidly. Gaining weight is a major issue around the world, owing to bad
food
habits. Many people think that it can be resolved by increasing the price of fattening foods. As per my concern, I agree with the statement, but it cannot
work
all the time.
To begin
with, approximately half of young generation is suffering from overweight problem. It can be solved by many ways,
such
as prices of
food
, aware them for body side effects, and show them health
food
benefits. Among all, rising value
work
Suggestion
works
as an effect, because all lower and middle class people will start to avoid it.
Therefore
, the consumption rate will decrease
as a result
reduce in obesity.
For instance
, a research article mentioned that, in Gujarat, 13% junk
food
utilization rate decreased by reason of high value.
Additionally
, the government should start some program to provide knowledge on drawbacks of high calorie
food
, as a consequence a dietary habit will improve. To
further
, only rising price cannot
work
effectively, in a reason of that, some benefits are associated with it. A less preparation time and an easy availability may
work
as significant results.
Although
the side effects are known by some people, but its long lasting property will attract them to have it.
For example
, bread items have long expiry as compare to others.
In addition
, due to high saturated fat content it will take a long time to digest,
thus
long distance travellers are using it while moving to avoid hunger. In conclusion, a high fat content diet habit and lazy lifestyle will
work
as a culprit for overweight issue. I agree with a view of the rising price of these foods to save people and some major disease
also
. Still, only one factor cannot
work
sufficiently,
therefore
more aspects are needed to solve
this
issue.
