Nowadays, It has become a contentious issue whether the lives of individuals has been impacting in negative ways by mass publishing or the prime concern must be given to benefits.

While I understand this viewpoint, I believe that government funding should be distributed equally between the arts and essential infrastructure. This essay will elaborate on my reasoning.
