Some people claim that what people eat in many Western countries is unhealthy and that their diet is getting worse. Critics say that these countries should change their diet. What are your opinions on this?
There is widespread concern about the
diet
of people
. Some people
claim that what people
eat is unhealthy, and it is getting worse, especially in many Western countries. There is no doubt I will jump to the side of critics. I do find the dominant diet
in most countries is an unhealthy diet
.
Given the fact that these days as we have seen changes in the structure of families are constantly occurring: from extended family to nuclear family and also
in modern life two-income family is rife, so it is so hard for members to have a healthy diet
. Since they do not have enough time on cooking, the first
option for them is prepared foods
in the form of frozen, restaurant, and fast foods
, where foods
and nutrition are being prepared with unhealthy ingredients, such
as oily foods
and spicy foods
with inferior quality. Across the cities, there are a huge diversity of restaurants and fast foods
. So that there is a huge competition between them to get more attention and clients. To entice people
to try their menu they are using foods
with primary ingredients that with a superficial look seem, gourmet, while they are a large threat to human health.
Thus
, with this
type of diet
and lifestyle that is
dominant to people
, sure it will be followed by grand issues like diseases. No wonder today's world struggling with obesity. There will be consequences such
as blood pressure, heartbeat, and fatty liver. They are a large menace and also
a wake-up call for humans and the next
generation. As soon as possible the government and officials along with the company of people
should take strict measures to change these conditions.
In conclusion, In my view, this
concern about the common diet
in the world especially in Western countries makes sense. The only way to help eradicate this
problem and also
the key to good health is changing the lifestyle of people
and getting a balanced diet
along with exercise. I am one of the critics of this
new diet
and looking forward to improving my diet
