Among these groups, the rate of dissatisfied visitors saw the most significant change, dropping from 40 percent before the museum's redecoration to a remarkable decline of 15 percent after. In contrast, the rate of very satisfied visitors experienced an exponential increase, rising from 15 percent before the renovation to 35 percent after. Similarly, both the groups of very dissatisfied visitors and those who did not respond showed a similar percentage of 5 percent in the year following the refurbishment of the museum.
