Some people believe that professionals, such as doctors and engineers, should be required to work in the country where they did their training. Others believe they should be free to work in another country if they wish. Discuss both these views and give your own opinion. Give reasons for your answer, and include any relevant examples from your own knowledge or experience.

Recently the phenomenon has aroused wide concern about considering which place that suitable for the application of certain workforce like doctors and engineers. In
this
regard, I firmly hold the opinion that any professionals have the same right to decide where they should be getting employed as their wish.
However
,
this
essay will endeavour to discuss both points coming to a reasoned conclusion. To my mind, there are some primary motives that triggered professionals who would love to be employed in the area of their training. There is no denying that most workforce will be aware of the workplace environment and commute easily to the workplace via public transportation. Another special consideration, in
this
case, is that individuals would never feel strange making a short conversation with the local residents. Take my uncle as an instance, he worked as an English teacher for a businessman in his training location.
Moreover
, the way that he pursued his career goes well because he is highly encouraged by the super-friendly of working environment and culture.
On the other hand
, several workers prefer to work abroad for targeting certain golden opportunities.
Further
and more importantly, it is often the case that working in another nation would be highly profitable as people could earn a living with the difference in currency. A better example of
this
can be best provided by foreign workforces, they are not only getting more developed knowledge but
also
bringing personal economic prosperity. In light of
this
evidence, it is crystal clear that every professional must be careful to make a decision about where they are supposed to work in order to satisfy their expectation and maintain a work-life balance.

Include an introduction and conclusion

A conclusion is essential for IELTS writing task 2. It is more important than most people realise. You will be penalised for missing a conclusion in your IELTS essay.

The easiest paragraph to write in an essay is the conclusion paragraph. This is because the paragraph mostly contains information that has already been presented in the essay – it is just the repetition of some information written in the introduction paragraph and supporting paragraphs.

The conclusion paragraph only has 3 sentences:

  • Summary
  • Restatement of thesis
  • Prediction or recommendation

Example:

To summarize, a robotic teacher does not have the necessary disciple to properly give instructions to students and actually works to retard the ability of a student to comprehend new lessons. Therefore, it is clear that the idea of running a classroom completely by a machine cannot be supported. After thorough analysis on this subject, it is predicted that the adverse effects of the debate over technology-driven teaching will always be greater than the positive effects, and because of this, classroom teachers will never be substituted for technology.

Start your conclusion with a linking phrase. Here are some examples:

  • In conclusion
  • To conclude
  • To summarize
  • Finally
  • In a nutshell
  • In general
