The diagram illustrates the procedures for how plastic bottles are recycled. Looking from the
overall
perspective, there are nine(9) stages by which the recycling of cans is carried out.
This
start from where it is disposed into refuse containers and ends with manufacturing the final products.
Firstly
, the rubber bottles are thrown away into the bin,
then
it is taken by a vehicle from the place of dumping to the recycling centre.
This
is where it will be sorted out and all plastic cans put together in a bowl and moved to the next stage where they will be compressed into blocks. After the compression level, the blocks are passed to a machine for crushing, which is crushed into small parts, that are poured into a container with solution, where it will be washed before going to the next level. After washing, there are put in a device which makes them into plastic pellets and
also
heated to form a raw material.
Finally
, the raw materials are made into block shapes and packed which are used to make various products
such
as latex plates and cans, pencils, raincoats and bags.
