All children misbehave and every parent face the challenge of how to discipline his or her child. Owing to this ,it has been suggested that physical purnishment is the ultimate way of correcting children. While this may be adopted,I totally disagree with this view point. To begin with, corporal purnishment have been attributed to low self esteem in children. This is because they live in fear of being spanked at every slight mistake and assume they are not good enough and this translate to their relationship with their equals in he society. Secondly, children who suffer beating grow up and see it as a way of life. Thus they become violent and turn to crime in later life. For example my cousin was rude in his formative years , his mother always flood him, today he is a notorious criminal wanted by the police. Finally, hitting child can result to physical injury. This is because in attempt to correct a child ,most parents are in their angry mood and can lay their hands on anything without minding if this could injure the child or even lead to death. However, smacking a children may instill fear in them and they may become wary of committing a future havoc and can totally desist from bad behaviour. This however is a small group In conclusion , while people may vary in their opinion, I completely disagree that corporal purnishment should the best way to train a child to be morally upright. I rather suggest positive reinforcement , withdrawal of privileges and time out for advice as effective measures

It is very hard to become representative of company or a town or a country without having good communication skill. Even, these skills are so important that almost all employers conduct group discussions before hiring a candidate. Then, the important question is how to become expert with these skills? We learn many of our behaviours or skills either from parents or training institute. Without any doubt, parents are the initial teacher for any kids. Kids learn talking and good behaviors from parents. Once they are grown up and start going to school, responsibility partially shifts from parents to school as kids mingle with many other students in school and participate in many activities like speech competition, annual functions, exhibitions etc. So, the school should add special scheduled training to let students learn and practice presentation and speaking skills in public. Nowadays, schools in various parts of the world report that students tend to have behavioural problems. Unfortunately, this will make it harder for schools to educate students as problematic behaviours are likely to interfere with the education process. There are some reasons as to why students behave inappropriately. Firstly, the way society works these days affect students’ behavioural patterns. For instance, parents might spend more time at work than at home and as a result, children lack parental guidance, not knowing how they are supposed to behave. This, in turn, is likely to cause them to have behavioural problems. Secondly, such behaviours might be caused by external influences, such as internet and television. Students, for example, might watch TV shows that use a lot of violence. Therefore, they are likely to imitate in real life by being more aggressive and using more violence. After all, students, especially teenagers, are easily affected by external parties. In order to counter such problem, teachers should be friendly while still maintaining their professionalism. By being friendly, teachers might be able to understand students’ point of views and thus devise the right strategies to connect with them. This is because students are more likely to listen to teachers if they feel they can relate to the teachers and that the teachers understand them. Furthermore, it is also important to handle students patiently. This is really crucial since rough treatments might worsen their behaviours or encourage them to play truant. It is, therefore, wiser to be patient and guide students gradually to be well-behaved rather than using force to do so. In conclusion, behavioural problems result from the way society works these days (e.g. lack of parental guidance) and external parties, such as bad influences from TV shows. Nevertheless, by understanding students’ views and guiding them patiently, students can gradually change and behave in a more appropriate manner.

It is often argued that the government should carry out the whole responsibility in protecting our globe. While some people think that every person should also be responsible in looking after the universe. This essay discusses both sides of this argument and then I will give my own perspective. On the one hand, I believe that the administration institutions must set a very restrictive rules to protect the environment. To be more precise this means that the management department needs to apply special law that prohibits people to throw any cans or bottles in the rubbish but recycling them instead. Taking the US as an example, when the government banned anyone to get rid of any debris at the beach this resulted in cleaning the environment as well as reducing the pollution. On the other hand, every person plays an essential role in taking care of the atmosphere. This because when an individual feels that he holds the full responsibility to keep the area where he lives in clean. Moreover, he will be counted for his behaviour if he breached the rule. In this case a lot of pollution problems will be diminished. To illustrate, according to the survey that has been conducted through the government in Turkey, which states that every individual is enforced to contribute in a voluntary action also should propose a viable solution to decrease the impact of greenhouse gases. In conclusion, although the authority bare the complete responsibility in decreasing environmental problems. I believe that people should also be participating in maintaining the cleanliness of the globe.
