In 1970 the pueblo consisted of a wide forest landscape with a large farmland and only a few constructions, especially 2 houses and one shop. However, Springer Town did dramatically change throughout the years. Indeed, we notice that diverse facilities were developed at the expense of the wide forest. A school has been raised in the center of the town with lots of shops all around. At the top right-hand corner, an airport has been constructed, near a small portion of forest and some flats at the top of the shops. In addition, the huge farmland has been restricted to a small area in order to allow the place to some apartments and a house lift up. there has also been a surge in the quantity of arteries between buildings than the 1970 model. Even though, we can still notice some green spaces from the past forest, especially a band of Greenland alongside- the west town. To conclude, the town of Springer changed drastically from 1970 to nowadays, moving from a rural to an urban area.

In general, an Internship is a way to test drive jobs for students, whether they can pursue their goals or explore different career options. Networking is often given by companies to students to gain new connections and learn how to communicate professionally. Many students expect this opportunity to explore their ability in communication as well as building companies’ connection. As students expect to meet business professionals in their field, networking is a proper place to practice their communication skills to bring a positive impact to companies. Time management will train students to be better at managing themselves and for the company. They won’t be able to survive in the company if they do not set up priorities. On the other side, they also must make all tasks is well organized, for example finishing tasks on deadlines, handling phone calls or managing day-off to break or get permission. As a conclusion, Students must notice how crucial time management in global business as it makes tasks become well organized. They expect a graduate fellowship can be a career foundation for their future. They perceive that choosing the right path will help them to set up their next path. Most students choose companies based on the linearity of interest and prospects. As a conclusion, students are willing to do the internship with the hope to improve their ability to work for their next step in life.
