But, high expectation about those things has ruined your career. You are getting inferior because you are not able to express your ideas, strategy, and implementation in your way. At this time, you are feeling the boundaries is so bold and holding yourself back from things you capable of doing. I think that as workers we all need more authority in doing job. I feel that the workers will have the potential to flourish when they can do things on their version.
