The most evident reason would be vicious competition in today’s world. Children who want to study at a famous university have to achieve better scores than their peers. In addition, they have to handle relationships with people around them. They have been told that social skill can benefit them to get opportunities in society in the future. As a consequence, some students try to make friends with children who have good scores or excellent family backgrounds. On the other hand, children also get pressure from their families and peers. At home, a child may be told that one of his cousins is excellent, so he should learn from him. At school, a child might suffer bully because he doesn’t have famous band clothes or he comes from a poor family.
The solution for the first condition is to encourage them to learn for interests rather than scores. Since interests are the best teacher which is a guide to tell children how to learn well so that children don’t have to treat the? study as a task but some interesting things. The map illustrates the main developments in the town of Springer from 1970 until the present time. Overall, a multitude of arrangements and amenities changed the city's landscape in aforementioned fifty-year period. In 1970 the pueblo consisted on a wide forest landscape with a large farmland and only few constructions especially 2 houses and one shop. However, springer town did dramatically change throughout years. Indeed, we notice that diverse facilities were developed at the expense of the wide forest. A school has been raised at the center town with lots of shops all around. At the top right-hand corner, an airport has been constructed, near a small portion of forest and some flats at the top of the shops. In addition, the huge farmland has been restricted to a small area in order to allow place to some appartements and a house lift up. It has also been a surge in quantity of arteries between buildings than the 1970’s model. Even though, we can still notice some green spaces from the past forest, especially a band of Greenland alongside- the west town. To conclude, the town of springer changed drastically from 1970 to nowadays, moving from a rural to an urban area.

10. The natural resources such as oil, and fresh water are being consumed at an alarming rate. What problems does it cause? How can we solve these problems?
Due to excessive population and widespread industrialization, it is evident that the natural resources such as oil, forest and fresh water are getting limited day by day. With implementing following steps, we can deplete our natural resources. This essay will discuss the problems and solutions to prevent the cause.
Firstly, oil is the major non- renewable source. The main cause for the same is excessive population.
It is used in running vehicles, industries. For saving the oil people should start using public transportation. Furthermore, government should start reducing public transport fares, metro should start running 24x7, people should start doing carpooling. Otherwise oil will get finished soon.
Secondly water, especially fresh water is another area of concern. There is no survival of life without water. Fresh water is depleting fast. Every individual should use water as an when required. For an example, in the last research, several cities were affected in India due to shortage of water. People did not had water to drink. Additionally, government should take serious steps to save the water such as rain water harvesting, proper dams construction.
Lastly forest, because of deforestation animals are plants which gives us medicine and food are getting killed day by day. Trees absorb carbon dioxide and release oxygen. Moreover, when trees are cuts, the soil is exposed to heavy rain and land sliding. Afforestation should be promoted as a solution such as plastic should be banned so that animals will be saved, use of less paper, plantation of more trees.
In conclusion, if we have to survive, we should start consuming the natural resources such as oil, water and forests. Otherwise our future generation will be affected.

However, older people have worked for many years and they have great experience. Furthermore, older leaders have a more powerful voice and old aged people are respected by others. They can allow members of a company to find optimal solutions when it comes to a pivotal decision point.Therefore, old people have a deeper understanding about enterpreneurial culture of the company and they capable of running the business more efficiently.After comparing young and older people's qualities it becomes clear that older people are more preferable to be leaders.They can have a more powerful voice within the company, and people are more likely to listen to them. For example, as the time spent working with the staff of the senior is often longer, they can understand their colleagues better, achieving more popularity. It is an interpersonal communication skills and approval of other people that can tremendously affect the success of a leader. Younger members, on the other hand, will need more time to make contributions over time to prove themselves worthy.
