The Syrian civil war began in 2011 under the influence of the Arab Spring when the people of Syria started asking for reforms Syrian government repressed peaceful demonstrations by force and through killing innocents. That is when the armed opposition formed in Syria and Bashar Al Assad started defending his authority with all his might. The Syrian proved Al Assad has no real authority in Syria. It makes him looking help from Russia, Iran and Hezbollah. Syrian people were started started. Russia and Iran use weapons against Syrian people. Syrian people started seeking refugees and help from other neighboring countries. War almost always creates public disaster. Everywhere where war happens, civilization at risk. There are many people in conflict areas who need protection. They are innocent people who actually dream about a worth and safe world. Countries who focus their attention on ending war must put in extra effort to realize their mission. UN Representatives from various countries often propose peace missions as a solution. Through these representatives, countries can vocalize their opinions through communities like the UN where they are gather and discuss world peacekeeping. Ironically, not all countries feel the same. In this case, several of them do not seem to support world peace. They focus on their own political ideals. Therefore destruction and problematic scenarios continue. When talking about Syrian refugees there are always countries that are for and against their better interests. Countries like the US and organizations like the EU fully support ending the suffering in Syria. Other countries like Russia seem to not support the rebels or the end of their suffering, rather, they support the Syrian government. That is why there is not yet a consensus. Two draft texts — one from France and Spain, and the other from the Russian Federation — address the conflict in Syria. They failed to be adopted by the Security Council due to a heated debate on the content. Meanwhile, urgent calls for humanitarian intervention for the besieged city of Aleppo continue to be made. The French and Spanish text that would have had the Council demand an immediate halt to all aerial bombardments and military flights over the city of Aleppo received 11 affirmative votes, two abstentions (Angola and China), and two negative votes (Russian Federation and Venezuela). The Russian Federation’s text, by which the Council would have urged an immediate cessation of hostilities, particularly in Aleppo, received a vote of 4 in favour (China, Egypt, Russian Federation, Venezuela) to 9 against (France, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, Senegal, Spain, Ukraine, United Kingdom, United States), with 2 abstentions (Angola and Uruguay). There is a general debate that indulging in an enjoyable activity with children sparks their creativity and helps them develop skills more so than reading. I agree with thiss statement. Activities are more engaging and can help children more than reading does. Physical play, or activities gives children the chance to explore the environment around them. When they are physically and mentally involved in an activity they develop practical learning which aids in enhancing their motorskills and gives them a hands-on approach to problem solving. When they can touch and see the tasks they need to complete, their cognitive abilites expand and assists in imaginative ways to decipher and solve problems. Furthermore, being involved in activities with other individuals contributes in growing confidence in their interpersonal and communication skills, which are essential to develop at a young age. Mastery over these attributes cannot be acheived by just reading. The benefits of activity based learning are unparalled to that of just picking up a book and reading. Reading however, opens up an entire universe of possibilities to children, it cannot provide the same experience that real world activities do, but can introduce them to another world of creative imagination. Nonetheless, it is vital to develop reading ablities as its the main component fo education in the modern world. Therefore, in my opinion, engaging in enjoyable activities has far more value than reading.

There is a debate concerning about the better work whether undertaking in the same entreprise for the lifetime or occupying distinct organisations. This essay discusses both sides of this contentious argument and then I will give my own perpectives. If someone is determined to labour in one place, it would ensure their long career and the easiness reaching better position one day. The company certainly pay attention for the loyal employees and the ones whose understanding their works better anyone else, knowing how to develop their business and/or products, and strengthening the weakness of their organisation. All of these are only obtained by diving the duties for a long time and then someone will become an experts of this kind of job. This expetises lead to higher position, albeit perhaps in long way to go. Unfortunately, this condition might bring a person in lacking experiences from another abilities and situations that would be a challenge for him or her if their office had got a bankrupt suddenly. On another side, the research shows that people who are changing their occupation twice in a minimum can take a multitasking job and survive in facing some unexpectedly issues rather than those who only have one position in their life. For instance, an actuary has a job in a private company taking care of life insurance before she moved into a government institution that tackle some medical and health issues in which threaten lives. She should hand on experiences regarding all the calculation about risk-life theories in real life, whereby it can be only acquired from the company which she undertook beforehand. However, the drawback of displacing the organisations over and over again is the workers should start their career from zero in their new institution and might bring a perfect designation that is not in short time. To conclude, both of the constant or altered organisations will give each own beneficial and detrimental conditions. In my opinion, it is a good idea and recommended to take chances looking perfect organisations and if it have fitted into what I am looking for, I prefer to immediately decide to settle down for long time until the time of retired.
