It has been suggested by some people that employees should be remunerated on the extent of their input and output. In my opinion, I totally agree that people should be paid on how much they produce and sell because that will increase their level of diligence and productivity.
To start with, most of the 21st century youths wants free money and wants to be rich without working for it. But, if there is a realisation that the money will be earned based on the amount of goods and services being produced, people will be more diligent and work hard. In addition, there will also be an increase in the productivity of the employer. This is because more production will bring more sales and more sales will bring more profit to the company.
Furthermore, there will be a sense of fulfillment and satisfaction on the part of the workers because they are working for their pay. Moreso, it will teach the workers to be prudent in their spending because the money was earned under their sweat. In fact, more people will be encouraged to save for the rainy days. For example, there was a research done by the youth empowerment scheme which relates to being paid as you work and about 75% of the workers were in support of getting paid based on the work done.
In conclusion, the best way to motivate people and encourage diligence is to pay them based on how much they produce and sell.
Certain countries protect their native industries by imposing heavy tariffs on imported goods. Other countries encourage imports in order to ensure their citizens access to as many goods as possible. But, high expectation about those things has ruined your career. You are getting inferior because you are not able to express your ideas, strategy, and implementation in your way. At this time, you are feeling the boundaries are so bold and holding yourself back from things you capable of doing. As you are not a strict person who always depends on a formula to do something, sometimes you feel difficult to follow the standard.
I think that as workers, we all need more authority in doing the job. I feel that the workers will have the potential to flourish when they can do things on their version. Some people think this is not the right way to do. It seems like ourself are arrogant and don’t need to listen to senior advice. But, that’s not a point I want to emphasize here.
Foremost, autonomy makes your working performance better than when you don’t have it at all. It is because by having such freedom to express the idea, the workers will much confident and optimistic. It also hinders job stress that may make them feel working under pressure. The point here is how making yourself happy while doing your job.
Frankly, Nothing will gonna stop your effort to reach the goals as long as you are getting job autonomy in doing whatever you do.
