Owing to the indolence nature of humans, It is believed by some people that the most effective method of motivating people to work efficiently is payment based on their productivity and sales. Firstly, Paying individuals in accordance with their productivity makes people work hard in order to earn well. This is because people desire a good pay and will do anything to earn it even if it means putting in extra effort and time. Employees will be encouraged to emulate better marketing and communications skills to advertise and encourage buyers to purchase goods because target must be met.
