And there are many people out there who don’t have the same experience as yours in the case. Also, you may feel lucky since you were getting hired without making a big effort to get selected. You feel that you are a perfect-fit worker that the companies need. And It makes you even happier as you have been dreaming of working in that company for a long.
For the first time, all things seem to run smoothly without defect. And you think it was a good starting point to show your best performance while working. Your expectation about being free to express yourself is becoming a priority to support your position. You believed that always makes you optimistic at the probation time.
But, high expectation about those things has ruined your career. You are getting inferior because you are not able to express your ideas, strategy, and implementation in your way. As you are not a strict person who always depends on a formula to do something, sometimes you feel difficult to follow the standard.
I think that as workers, we all need more authority in doing the job. Also, I feel that the workers will have the potential to flourish when they can do things on their version. Some people think this is not the right way to do. Besides, it seems like we are arrogant and don’t need to listen to senior advice. But, that’s not a point I want to emphasize here.
Foremost, autonomy makes your working performance better than when you don’t have it at all. It is because by having such freedom to express the idea, the workers will much confident and optimistic. Furthermore, it hinders stress that may make them feel working under pressure. Moreover, the point here is how making yourself happy while doing your responsibilities.
As a conclusion, nothing will gonna stop your effort to reach the goals as long as you are getting job autonomy in doing whatever you do.

There are various reasons why people believe that students should be forced to study subjects that will be useful in the future. They might assert that the subjects like science and technology are more beneficial than certain art degrees for the current technology-based development of the world. For example, the healthcare sectors always need scientific research to figure new methods and medicine to cure diseases and help people live more healthily. Additionally, due to that development, there will be more job opportunities in the science and technology sectors. Thus, it is more likely for those who take these courses to get a job in the future.
However, from personal perspectives, students should have freedom to pick the majors of their choice. On one hand, college students who are largely isolated, learn some positive social values when they are started living outside their parents scope. Firstly, students are able to socialize with other fellows from different backgrounds; hence, they adopt some positive social values, their customs and traditions which help them in near future. For example, one of my friend who go abroad for study has a nervous breakdown due to no moral support. There is no one for its guidance and assure him at the time of high pressure due to studies. In the absence of parental support, most student lose self-esteem since they need this form of support to study effectively.
In conclusion, their inter-cultural ethical maturity high school student gain outside their parental home; nevertheless, there may be a devastating impact on the student's attention to studies as well as the overall moral to learn.

In Finland, early years’ education focuses on playing. Reading is only encouraged if a child shows and interest in developing this skill. This self-directed approach certainly does not result in Finnish school leavers falling behind their foreign counterparts. In fact, Finland was ranked the sixth best in the world in terms of reading.
Despite being a supporter of this non-reading approach, I strongly recommend incorporating bedtime stories into a child’s daily routine. However, reading as a regular daytime activity should be swapped for something which allows the child to develop other skills.

To start with, most of the 21st century youths wants free money and wants to be rich without working for it. But, if there is a realisation that the money will be earned based on the amount of goods and services being produced, people will be more diligent and work hard. In addition, there will also be an increase in the productivity of the employer. This is because more production will bring more sales and more sales will bring more profit to the company.
Furthermore, there will be a sense of fulfillment and satisfaction on the part of the workers because they are working for their pay. Moreso, it will teach the workers to be prudent in their spending because the money was earned under their sweat. In fact, more people will be encouraged to save for the rainy days. For example, there was a research done by the youth empowerment scheme which relates to being paid as you work and about 75% of the workers were in support of getting paid based on the work done.
In conclusion, the best way to motivate people and encourage diligence is to pay them based on how much they produce and sell.
