It has been suggested by some people that employees should be remunerated on the extent of their input and output. In my opinion, I totally agree that people should be paid on how much they produce and sell because that will increase their level of diligence and productivity.
To start with, most of the 21st century youths wants free money and wants to be rich without working for it. But, if there is a realisation that the money will be earned based on the amount of goods and services being produced, people will be more diligent and work hard. In addition, there will also be an increase in the productivity of the employer. This is because more production will bring more sales and more sales will bring more profit to the company.
Furthermore, there will be a sense of fulfillment and satisfaction on the part of the workers because they are working for their pay. Moreso, it will teach the workers to be prudent in their spending because the money was earned under their sweat. In fact, more people will be encouraged to save for the rainy days. For example, there was a research done by the youth empowerment scheme which relates to being paid as you work and about 75% of the workers were in support of getting paid based on the work done.
In conclusion, the best way to motivate people and encourage diligence is to pay them based on how much they produce and sell.

Due to students’ expectation is not only about doing menial tasks, but they are also highly expected to have meaningful experiences which enable them to apply the hard and soft skill. Those experiences provide many opportunities for their future, real-world experiences, networking, time management, and career foundations.
To work in companies, students have experiences to work for hands-on with the real business. Also, a good working place will provide an opportunity for students preparing for their priorities direction. Generally speaking, the people in companies will help interns by giving direction to their job. Students will receive guidance during their probation to achieve good performances. In general, an Internship is a way to test drive jobs for students, whether they can pursue their goals or explore different career options.
Networking is often given by companies to students to gain new connections and learn how to communicate professionally. Many students expect this opportunity to explore their ability in communication as well as building companies’ connection. As students expect to meet business professionals in their field, networking is a proper place to practice their communication skills to bring a positive impact to companies.
Time management will train students to be better at managing themselves and for the company. They won’t be able to survive in the company if they do not set up priorities. On the other side, they also must make all tasks is well organized, for example finishing tasks on deadlines, handling phone calls or managing day-off to break or get permission. Overall, there are 7 main stages, beginning with the clay extraction and ending with the delivery of the final product. Firstly, heavy machinery like diggers are used to extract naturally occurring clay in quarries. Then, extracted materials are filtered through a metal grid to break them into smaller, more even by size particles. Sand and water are later added to form a uniform mixture than can be conveniently cut or moulded. To remove excess water, bricks are put into drying ovens for 1 or 2 days. Then, to enhance hardness and durability of the product, it is transported to industrial kilns, that have various stages of drying. Firstly, to completely dry the product, it is exposed to moderate temperatures of 200-980 degrees. In the next stage, temperatures reach 1300 degrees Celsius, improving structural abilities of clay. Such high temperatures are necessary to reinforce the inner structure of the material. In the last stage of drying, bricks are put into cooling chambers for several days. Finally, product is packaged in boxes and thereafter sent for delivery. Bricks manufacturing is a multi step, technologically advanced process, crucial for any building purposes

It is commonly belive that is essential for high school students to live outside their parental habitations. I strongly believe on this argument. This essay further discusses the idea of independence living briefly and identify how maturity will increase or decrease along with time.
On one hand, college students who are largely isolated, learn some positive social values when they are started living outside their parents scope. Firstly, students are able to socialize with other fellows from different backgrounds; hence, they adopt some positive social values, their customs and traditions which help them in near future. In addition, they will be able to deal with all of their problems specially financial issues efficiently. For instance, one student who visit abroad and it only have a certain amount as a living allowance, so it will learn how to live independently outside their comfort zone with limited resources.
On the contrary, the potential set-backs are not so far. To begin with, student lose their focus on studies when there are living in their dormitories. To further explain, student who living outside their parents watchhardly concentrate due to low moral support. This form of lure is usually augmented by their peers, who are almost there for help, and also guide them in every aspects therefore, they are easily convinced. For example, one of my friend who go abroad for study has a nervous breakdown due to no moral support. There is no one for its guidance and assure him at the time of high pressure due to studies. In the absence of parental support, most student lose self-esteem since they need this form of support to study effectively.
In conclusion, their inter-cultural ethical maturity high school student gain outside their parental home; nevertheless, there may be a devastating impact on the student's attention to studies as well as the overall moral to learn.

People who argue that there should not be any restriction on publication of people's private lifestyle have several reasons.One of the reasons is that, they think such a decision by the government would contravene the constitutional provision of freedom of speech.They argue that the press should be at liberty to publicize everything and anything about people's private affairs and if for any reason the stories are untrue, they have the legal right to approach the court for libel or slander as the case may be.Furthermore, they believe that because humans have the tendency to learn from people mistakes as well as successes,it is only right for the media not to be restrained from publicising people's personal lives.For Instance, I personally learnt from Canadian President,Justin Tradeau's Black face saga that, we should be mindful of the kind of jokes we make as it may come back to hunt us later in life.
However, other people have dissenting view about publication of individual's private affairs.They argue that it may lead to depression.This is presumably because some persons are melancholic in nature and ordinarily love to remain private,and if for any reason their private affairs are made public, it may likely affect their mental state and eventually cause depression. For example, a popular musician named Faraday committed suicide because a sex tape with his girlfriend was made public.
In conclusion, I completely agree that the government should control the information the the press punlishes so as to avoid people slipping into depression and threat to life.
