It has been suggested by some people that employees should be remunerated on the extent of their input and output. In my opinion, I totally agree that people should be paid on how much they produce and sell because that will increase their level of diligence and productivity.
To start with, most of the 21st century youths wants free money and wants to be rich without working for it. But, if there is a realisation that the money will be earned based on the amount of goods and services being produced, people will be more diligent and work hard. In addition, there will also be an increase in the productivity of the employer. This is because more production will bring more sales and more sales will bring more profit to the company.
Furthermore, there will be a sense of fulfillment and satisfaction on the part of the workers because they are working for their pay. Moreso, it will teach the workers to be prudent in their spending because the money was earned under their sweat. In fact, more people will be encouraged to save for the rainy days. For example, there was a research done by the youth empowerment scheme which relates to being paid as you work and about 75% of the workers were in support of getting paid based on the work done.
In conclusion, the best way to motivate people and encourage diligence is to pay them based on how much they produce and sell.

Overall, it can be clearly seen, the area has been transpormed in to more residensial facilities and developing the flood prevention method. Furthermore, the bridge that connected to two river bank is built. When turnning to the first plan, in 1980 this area mainly used for exported and imported of goods.At that time two wharehouses were on north side of the river bank, one of them has been mordenized as a education centre. The other one has been replaced by the kid's playing area. Thea newly build building replace the crane which is using as a sailing club, on betwen education centre at the left side and right side of it has playing area. There are several reasons why advertisements can be useful in society. Firstly, this can inform people about real bargains so brochures and catalogs enable people to compare products and services at leisure. Secondly, if people do not have time to shop around, they would rely on advertising, so they can learn about new products. Finally, the advertisement could inform people about the environmental impact of products. As a result, customers can consider the ecological effect of goods. Furthermore, people can easily find out, if a company supports fair trade.
One the other hand, the advertisement could extremely create artificial needs, while people maybe would not need to buy the product. By making these needs, people might spend many on that product, which could threaten the budget of the family. People might buy a thing because of the glamourous images associated with that product. Nowadays, schools in various parts of the world report that students tend to have behavioural problems. Unfortunately, this will make it harder for schools to educate students as problematic behaviours are likely to interfere with the education process.
There are some reasons as to why students behave inappropriately. Firstly, the way society works these days affect students’ behavioural patterns. For instance, parents might spend more time at work than at home and as a result, children lack parental guidance, not knowing how they are supposed to behave. This, in turn, is likely to cause them to have behavioural problems. Secondly, such behaviours might be caused by external influences, such as internet and television. Students, for example, might watch TV shows that use a lot of violence. Therefore, they are likely to imitate in real life by being more aggressive and using more violence. After all, students, especially teenagers, are easily affected by external parties.
In order to counter such problem, teachers should be friendly while still maintaining their professionalism. By being friendly, teachers might be able to understand students’ point of views and thus devise the right strategies to connect with them. This is because students are more likely to listen to teachers if they feel they can relate to the teachers and that the teachers understand them. Furthermore, it is also important to handle students patiently. This is really crucial since rough treatments might worsen their behaviours or encourage them to play truant. It is, therefore, wiser to be patient and guide students gradually to be well-behaved rather than using force to do so.
In conclusion, behavioural problems result from the way society works these days (e.g. lack of parental guidance) and external parties, such as bad influences from TV shows. Nevertheless, by understanding students’ views and guiding them patiently, students can gradually change and behave in a more appropriate manner.
