Regarding the preparation stage, people are first required to complete an application at the licence centre only to have their eyes checked. After passing the eye test, they will proceed to pay a fee as failing results in no licence after which the procedure will carry on to the actual test. Turning to the actual exam, a written test must be taken and re-taken if necessary until the minimum requirements are met.
