In the previous years, people practiced communal living and big family size was a way of life. However, lately, there is a colossal upsurge globally for want of lesser family size over big families. It is advantageous to have fewer size of family owing to the fact that it more likely to ensure overall wellbeing of its members but there are some drawbacks which need to be taken into account.
There are a number of plus points to small family. First, it has a more likelihood of bringing forth individuals with better life. That is to say, with lesser number of family members, there is a greater access to adequate diet, better health care and life in general. Moreso, children from this kind of family have more chances of attending the best schools which gives them an edge in the society in the long run. In addition, parents are able to focus their offspring and raise responsible citizens who can contribute positively to the growth and development of a Nation.
On the other hand, despite the merits of above, some pitfalls still exist. Parents in the small family settings are usually over protective over their children because there are not a lot of them; the children are restricted from blending with other members of the society. This can make the children too reliant on their guardians over things that can sometimes be sorted out themselves. Also, they are not opportuned to be as versatile as they would have been of they are exposed to larger family members. For instance, young ones are able to learn different skills and manners from various members of a larger family.
In conclusion, while is a more and more increased preference for smaller family size, people should be wary of the disadvantages like overly dependent citizens that it brings.

If someone is determined to labour in one place, it would ensure their long career and the easiness reaching better position one day. The company certainly pay attention for the loyal employees and the ones whose understanding their works better anyone else, knowing how to develop their business and/or products, and strengthening the weakness of their organisation. All of these are only obtained by diving the duties for a long time and then someone will become an experts of this kind of job. This expetises lead to higher position, albeit perhaps in long way to go. Unfortunately, this condition might bring a person in lacking experiences from another abilities and situations that would be a challenge for him or her if their office had got a bankrupt suddenly.
On another side, the research shows that people who are changing their occupation twice in a minimum can take a multitasking job and survive in facing some unexpectedly issues rather than those who only have one position in their life. For instance, an actuary has a job in a private company taking care of life insurance before she moved into a government institution that tackle some medical and health issues in which threaten lives. She should hand on experiences regarding all the calculation about risk-life theories in real life, whereby it can be only acquired from the company which she undertook beforehand. However, the drawback of displacing the organisations over and over again is the workers should start their career from zero in their new institution and might bring a perfect designation that is not in short time.
To conclude, both of the constant or altered organisations will give each own beneficial and detrimental conditions. There are some reasons as to why students behave inappropriately. Firstly, the way society works these days affect students’ behavioural patterns. For instance, parents might spend more time at work than at home and as a result, children lack parental guidance, not knowing how they are supposed to behave. Students, for example, might watch TV shows that use a lot of violence. Therefore, they are likely to imitate in real life by being more aggressive and using more violence. In order to counter such problem, teachers should be friendly while still maintaining their professionalism. By being friendly, teachers might be able to understand students’ point of views and thus devise the right strategies to connect with them. This is because students are more likely to listen to teachers if they feel they can relate to the teachers and that the teachers understand them. Furthermore, it is also important to handle students patiently. This is really crucial since rough treatments might worsen their behaviours or encourage them to play truant. It is, therefore, wiser to be patient and guide students gradually to be well-behaved rather than using force to do so.
In conclusion, behavioural problems result from the way society works these days (e.g. lack of parental guidance) and external parties, such as bad influences from TV shows. Nevertheless, by understanding students’ views and guiding them patiently, students can gradually change and behave in a more appropriate manner.
