The huge amount of individuals going to change their life and jobs. I suppose that, in both sides has some pros and cons impacts also they can be effective on society and people's lives.
It is true that job-hopping is increasingly common in modern times. From my perspective, this phenomenon is problematic to a certain extent, and I will give my detailed explanation in the following paragraphs.
