In many big cities people live in a small families or like to live by themselves, rathar than large family. In my opinion living alone is better, however it has own negative sides.
These days, urban residents tend to live in small families, or alone, while people used to live in large groups many years ago. The development brings both advantages and disadvantages to modern society.
