Many countries follow up strict rules and regulations to keep their town's traffic-free movement inside the city areas. People are only allowed to drive a car after his/her 21st year of age. I fully support this statemen
The lower limit for driving has always been a controversial topic of discussion, whether it should be 21 years or lower than that. When somebody says “A person has to be 21 years old to drive”, I partly agree and disagre
