You live in a room in college which you share with another student. However, there are many problems with this arrangement and you find it very difficult to work. Write a letter to the accommodation officer at the college. In the letter, • describe the situation • explain your problems and why it is difficult to work • say what kind of accommodation you would prefer

Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing you
this
letter to complain about my room which I currently share with a new student and how his actions have made it practically impossible for me to study. Let me
further
explain my situation, my roommate is a major in creative and liberal arts so he has to engage in constant rehearsals on a daily basis with some of his classmates and they frequently have their music stereo speakers on at odd times of the day rehearsing and jumping around the apartment.
On the other hand
, as a medical student, I find their noise and actions quite distracting and it makes me lose concentration. I would kindly prefer to be moved to another room. It would certainly be better if I could get a roommate who is in my faculty and does not need a lot of noise to study. I look forward to your favourable action on
this
matter. Thank you. Yours Faithfully, Stella Krkalio.
