SOME BELIEVE THAT THROUGH MIGRATION DEVELOPED COUNTRIES ARE STEALING FROM DEVELOPING NATIONS WHILE OTHERS SAY THAT MIGRATION IS NOTHING BUT A NATURAL PROCESS. TO WHAT EXTENT DO YOU AGREE. GIVE YOUR OWN OPINION.

Nowadays, the people
migration
is very common in developing countries.
Although
a lot thinks that by
this
the talented minds are abandoning their nations. Others still see that
this
is a normal process that will continue taking place. For myself, I do agree that exchanging talents and minds between countries is inevitable and
this
essay will discuss
this
opinion. On one hand,
although
the
migration
appears that it’s serving only the receiving lands. While
on the other hand
, I can see that it is a mutual benefit between the two nations, the origin and the recipient lands, as the experience and knowledge that the immigrant will have in his new home will somehow transfer directly or indirectly back to his home country. For the direct effect,
this
will happen in case the pupil himself went back to retire in his origins. While, indirect will take place during his visits to his motherland or even through his children when they go back as visitors or settlers. Another aspect is that the
migration
is not always in one direction, from developing to developed countries.
On the contrary
, there is
also
the
migration
towards the
second
and
third
world countries. Especially by the highly talented persons who are seeking a better position and financial situations they might not have in their
first
world countries. And as an example, the huge number of experts whom Mohamed Ali invited from Europe helping him in building new Egypt. And while Egypt got benefited a lot from
this
group of foreigners. They
also
settled on it after they finish their assignments and even some of them were buried in its lands. As a sum up, the
migration
is part of the human being’s heritage and will always take place wherever there are societies formed. And the world would have never reached
this
level of advance without it.
