In some countries, some people are renting accommodation, while others are buying their Own homes. Does renting accommodation have more advantages or more disadvantages?Than buying a place?

In the contemporary era, it is often argued that owning a new residence rather than renting a place is more affordable for living in the society. I strongly agree with
this
opinion and
this
essay will state my point of aspect about buying a home. The most compelling reason for holding my view, is that the
house
will become an own property which will fulfil one’s dream. The new houses are easy to do interior design according to their vision and
moreover
there are many options for different kinds of themes are available in the market. The Asian countries are prime example, in which 70 % to 80% of the population have their own housing property, whereas, in UK 40 % to 50 % of people living in the town houses. Another reason from my viewpoint, is that space for parking vehicles. In many rental houses there will be an additional charge for car parking. Now a day all the houses are built with more spaces for all types of vehicles.
However
,
this
kind of approach by builders will surge in overall revenue for their company. Final reason in support my point of view, is that many subsidies are provided by the government for purchasing many kinds of houses
such
as apartments, town
house
and bungalows. To illustrate, the Singapore government encourages all citizens to buy
house
Suggestion
a house
houses
with providing different kinds of housing grants, namely 3G flat grant, marriage grant, adoption grant. In conclusion, I strongly agree with
this
opinion about buying a new home
instead
of a rental
house
.
This
is because of getting own property which will be the childhood dream and
furthermore
,
this
will bring more happiness to their family. . Given
this
situation, it is recommended that government around the world should think about implementing
this
form of approach for their citizens.
