At the present time, the population of some countries includes a relatively large number of young adults, compared with the number of old people. Do the advantages of this situation outweigh the disadvantages?

Due to some of the laws made in the past to reduce child bearing in some countries, many nations of the world at the moment, have a larger youth population than older persons. I believe that the
first
scenario has more merits than the later. Truthfully, A more youthful population translates to a more vibrant and productive economy.
This
is because young people have a lot of energy and enthusiasm to do all kinds of job which the elderly will find tasking.
For Instance
, one of the reasons the economy of the Republic of China skyrocketed is due to the fact that their working populace were young, thereby making the cost of labour cheap and so a lot of big league companies started migrating there to exploit one of the most important factors of production. It would have been difficult to achieve
this
milestone if the older people were more in number. Despite the obvious
benefits
Suggestion
benefit
youths bring to a country, many are still inexperienced and
that is
where age and time favours the more senior populace. The years they have spent on their jobs and careers bequeathed them with experience and expertise lacking in youths.
For example
, older people can bring their wealth of experience in the management of companies. In Conclusion, though the older persons bring expertise and experience to a nation, having more youngsters in a country is more beneficial because books can help them in acquiring those knowledge and skills of those that have gone ahead.
