Some say that it would be better if the majority of employees worked from home instead of travelling to a work place every day. Do you think the advantages of working from home outweigh the disadvantages?

Nowadays telecommuting is being so popular. Some sets of people argue that the
work
from
home
is the better option rather than the
work
at the
office
premises. Both have their own merits and demerits.
However
, I deny that advantages of it are more than the disadvantages.
This
assay will argue on both scenarios. Looking at the positive side there are many benefits of working from
home
.
For example
, Due to SARS COVID-19 epidemic, the government announced the lockdown. In
this
situation people can not go to the
office
as they have to follow social distancing. In
this
type of crisis telecommuting is the best way to avoid the loss in businesses.
Furthermore
, telecommuters can get more time to spend with their kith and kin. To illustrate, working women can balance their life between
home
and job.
Moreover
, it can be time saving for the people who travels at
office
Suggestion
the office
, from the long distance. It would be helpful in better productivity of
work
.
Nevertheless
, there are some demerits. People who are isolated from
office
became more introvert, anxious, and depressed. To give a clear example, Some people are living alone at
home
, Owing to working from
home
, they can't able to meet their colleagues. It will cause mental health issues.
In addition
, employees who worked from
home
did not interact properly with other ones
hence
, decreases the quality of
work
as well as the productivity of
work
. In conclusion, Telecommuting is a mandatory aspect of today's world.
Although
It is beneficial, there are
also
some limitations. I emphasize my view, I do not agree that advantages of
work
from
home
outweigh the disadvantages.
