Some people say that the main environmental problem of our time is the loss of particular species of plants and animals. Others say that there are more important environmental problems. Discuss both these views and give your own opinion.

Environmental problems are one of the hottest topics of todays world. Few people believe the main issue of the current era is that we are loosing some specific kind of trees and wild animals.
However
, others, including me, believe that there are various other issues, which are equally important.
This
essay will discuss both views and gives reasons why other issues are important as well. All plants and animals are equally important for the food chain system. We all are dependent on each other and loss of a specific plant and animal can break
this
cycle.
For example
, in a scenario of lack of bees, will affect many plants and we would not be able to produce those, and the people who are depending on the plants will die from starvation.
On the other hand
, others, including me, believe that there are others equally important problems.
Firstly
, global warming is one of the major problems we are facing currently. The earth is getting hotter day-by-day;
consequently
the sea water level is increasing.
This
can lead to many problems for mankind.
For example
, people who are living on an island or coastal areas can face tsunami, which is dangerous for living hood. Another problem is gases produced by burning fossil fuel. Toxic gases, reducing air quality, which is unhealthy for everyone and cause many lung diseases. To illustrate with an example, according to a report from WHO, breathing in Beijing for one day is equal to smoking ten cigarettes. To conclude, the food chain system is important for the environment and it's dependent on plant and wild animals and losing there would create a problem for us.
However
Accept comma addition
However, this
this
is not the only problem we are facing. Global warming and toxic gases are
also
equally dangerous for the environment.
