Children's overweight is a serious issue for many countries. These developed countries face many

issues due to the less active
lifestyle
to the public, especially the younger
generation
which are mainly involved in mobile, video games, internet and other digital world products.
This
laid back
lifestyle
often leads to reduced fitness level and cause overweight and other related
health
issues. In
this
essay, we will review reasons for

issues and its possible consequences. Newer

overuses the technology.
For Example
: My nephew who is only 7 years old, he spends his complete time apart from the school life, completely on the mobile to play mobile games and watch YouTube videos.
On the other hand

is a high cause of concern for the developing countries like UK, USA & Australia. In summary, overweight in children is often caused due to the availability of advanced technological equipment at our disposal, which makes children's

as overweight. Technological devices should be used moderately by the younger

in order for them to have an active
lifestyle
