Some people believe that professional like doctors and engineers , should be required to work in the country where they training .Other believe they should be free to work in another country if they wish . discuss both side and give your opinion .

Nowadays several countries have regulations that forbid people getting a job in a different place than they did their studies, these laws argue for a return on investment and forbid freedom of choice. The question behind
that is
 whether regulations are restricting the improvement of
professionals
. In
this
 essay, I shall discuss both points of view.
Firstly
 countries invest resources in education
according to
 their budget to get trained
professionals
 who will be able to respond to the requirements of the profession
hence
 they are trained to benefit their country. Every country has its reality about what jobs in critical sectors should be covered by
professionals
therefore
 governments address the education laws to ensure the services are adequately provided to the population.
For example
, sectors like healthcare, engineering and education are critical to the development of society.
On the other hand
, what about the freedom of choice, everyone should have the freedom to choose where they want to work
as a result
professionals
 with that experience will reach better opportunities professionally.
Additionally
 allowing
professionals
 to work in different countries provides them with interchange knowledge, skills and best practices letting

 adapt to the needs of the standard of quality in the world. Undoubtedly it is essential to respect the right of people to choose where they want to work, allowing

 liberty provides them benefits

 as increasing their skills and a variety of knowledge from different realities which would be to achieve without the opportunity to get a job in another country.
