Television entertains, but can it also educate? Do you agree?

✨ Do you want to improve your IELTS writing?
We live in an age when many of us spend hours of our days watching TV, but some people ask, is it possible to learn while you watch a show? For me, it is, and here is why. In the
first
place, television is everywhere. Almost every house in
this
world has a television,
this
makes it a great
way
to share
information
, because most of people has access to it. So, if educational
information
were transmitted
Suggestion
was transmitted
by it, it would reach most of the world.
Secondly
, Television grabs attention. People tend to pay more attention to something attractive, like a cartoon with a nice animation, than to someone just speaking. So, if
information
was transmitted in an attractive
way
, people will listen to it.
However
, it is easy to get bored. Even if the show has an interesting
way
of teaching, people will prefer watching a series or a movie, that have more interest
on
Suggestion
in
, so they will just change the channel. All in all, while people can get bored, television is a great
way
to share
information
and grab attention. And
that is
why I think it can educate.
